| How To Clear Up Your Skin |
So with all that said here is my simple 6 steps to clearer skin (Yes, that's what I can do to help my skin):
First Drink plenty of purified water. See, many of us with acne problems continue to drink all the soda that has a lot of acid, colors, etc. Soda can really mess up your face. Let all soft drinks and other beverages on the market alone and stick with only purified water. Try these waters - Poland Springs, Volvic, Penta (expensive), Water Smart or Dasani. The water does wonders for your body!
Second Drink lots of green tea (at least 1-2 times a day). Green tea contains many antioxidants that help reduce your acne. Try to buy Celestial Seasonings green tea.
3. Remove all fried foods or fatty foods from your diet. Yes, I know that many dermatologists do not agree with that. What I found is that when I stopped eating fried or fatty foods my face automatically started clearing and improved to the point where I was getting compliments almost every day. Excess fat is fried foods that can cause pimples to form large on the face. Too many fast food restaurants use fat old and over. The fat used and reused is a big block in your way if you try to get clear skin. Not good!
4th Eat plenty of vegetables (organic raw spinach is wonderful) and fruits each day. Yes, I know you've heard before, but some of you have yet to do so. Fruits and vegetables only. Many vegetables and fruits have antioxidants and vitamins that can help the healing and clearing of the skin.
5. Use pure vitamin E oil (use of the trademark holder of nature) to your face. I tell you, that will make your look good in about two or three months. Vitamin E oil has all the healing properties and antioxidants to help cleanse your skin. Apply to face every night before bed.
6. Remove all the restrictions. I know that for some, stress can lead to outbreaks of many in the face. Some people are not good at dealing with stress. You know what, let's get the stress!
Enjoy these steps and it takes time. Give yourself 3-6 months to see real improvements in your skin. At the end of these activities to function properly, every step in your daily routine. Each step is carried out daily. Contact your dermatologist if you have any questions.
