Acne vulgaris, commonly known as pimples, is an inflammatory disease of the skin. This condition is very common in puberty. Upon reaching the twenties, disappears or decreases. The main causes of acne are hormones androgens, such as the production of sebum, follicle fallout, bacteria and inflammation. To control acne, you can perform the following steps -

· Avoid excessive cleansing of the skin. You can leave healthy skin dry, which irritate the acne prone areas. Over-washing can also encourage additional production of oil.

· Avoid alcohol-based skin tone. Alcohol is a powerful astringent that removes the top layer of skin, causing the sebaceous glands to produce more oil.

· A washing is necessary after the exercise. Heat and moisture trapped on the skin creates an ideal breeding ground for the spread of bacteria.

° Consumption of foods rich in vitamin B-2 Vitamin B-3, vitamin E and zinc, such as eggs, nuts, liver, milk, fish and green leafy vegetables.

· Sleeping correct and a life without emotional stress and anxiety can reduce acne.

· Use a little 'make-up during exercise. Avoid clothing that is made entirely of nylon.
